The Customer, being a consumer within the meaning of Article 22 of the Civil Code, has – based on legal provisions – the right to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason, by submitting an appropriate statement in writing or by email to kontakt@poliyarn.pl, within 14 days and sending it to the address of Firma Produkcyjno Handlowo Usługowa Marszałek Wincenty specified in these Terms and Conditions.
In case of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered not concluded. What the parties provided is subject to return in unchanged condition. The return should occur immediately, no later than within 14 days. The purchased goods should be returned to the following address: Firma Produkcyjno Handlowo Usługowa Marszałek Wincenty, Popardowa 81, 33-335 Nawojowa.
Goods returned by the Customer should be packaged appropriately, ensuring no damage to the shipment during transport.
In case of withdrawal from this agreement, the store will refund to the Customer all payments received from them, except for costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Customer, immediately, no later than 14 days from the day the goods were returned. The refund will be made using the same payment methods that were used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the parties agree otherwise.
Returns and complaints policy
In case the purchased product is non-compliant with the agreement or has physical defects, the Customer has the right to file a complaint based on: a) regulations provided by the provisions of the act of July 27, 2002 on special conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176 as amended), in case the product is non-compliant with the agreement, b) regulations provided by the provisions of the civil code regarding warranty for defects.
To file a complaint, the Customer is obliged to inform the store by email at kontakt@poliyarn.pl, and then proceed according to the received information.
When determining demands based on the procedure provided in Article 1 paragraph a), the Customer has the right to request bringing the product to a state compliant with the agreement through free repair or replacement, unless repair or replacement is impossible or requires excessive costs. If the Store is unable to fulfill the specified demands, the Customer has the right to demand an appropriate price reduction or may withdraw from the agreement.
When determining demands based on the procedure provided in Article 1 paragraph b), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement or demand a price reduction. The Customer cannot withdraw from the agreement if the Store immediately, no later than within 14 days, replaces the defective item with one free from defects or immediately removes the defects. This limitation does not apply if the item has already been replaced by the Store or repaired, unless the defects are insignificant.
The Store is responsible for non-compliance of the consumer product with the agreement (Article 1 paragraph a), only in cases and under conditions specified by law.

The Store considers complaints within 14 days from the date the Store receives the complaint notification along with the complete, complained product.
The Store reserves the right to refuse to accept a complaint in case of any modifications to the product made by the Customer.
The Store reserves the right to refuse to accept a complaint in cases of: exclusive fault of the user, mechanical damage, improper maintenance and use of the product inconsistent with instructions.
Shipping costs for the complained product will be refunded to the Customer within 14 days from the date of complaint acceptance if the complaint is accepted.
